Hello Everyone!
Today in this video, I am going to discuss about Right to Education Act, 2009.The RTE Act aims to provide primary education to all children aged 6 to 14 years. It enforces Education as a Fundamental Right (Article 21). The main objective of the RTE Act is to ensure that each child in India receives quality elementary education irrespective of their economic or caste background. In this session, will Dicuss about this Act in detail.

Under the 86th amendment act of 2002 the new rights was added Right to Education means state shall provide free education under the age of 6 to 14 years student but sir why this should not be happen in our state..my question ❓I think in government school students have to pay their admission fees monthly fees and and many things why

From which state do you belong? And Govt. Allows free education for students who take admission under RTE, if you don't take admission under this criteria you have to pay fees in Govt. School which totally depends on the policy of the school also, so please check again with the school authorities regarding this.
