TIME FOR REPLY FROM DEPARTMENT IS 30 DAY'S. 3. 1ST APPEAL, TIME LIMIT TO GET AN ANSWER FROM AUTHORITIES. 4. 2ND APPEAL, TIME LIMIT TO GET AN ANSWER FROM AUTHORITIES. 5. 3RD (FINAL APPEAL) TIME LIMIT TO GET AN ANSWER FROM AUTHORITIES. IS THERE A FEE FOR 2ND, 3RD, & 4TH APPEAL. CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE A TABLE FORMAT. THANKS

first clear your concept than teach furnishing information within 30 days from the date of application. its not 1st appeal. 1st Appeals against refusal of information request can be filed with an officer senior in rank to the PIO within the same public authority within 30 days .
