I used too. I quit milk, sugar, oil and what not, coz I thought that was the culprit. Later I realised it was make up that caused me acne. I still have acne scars that are fading away slowly . Now I make sure to have a layer of salicylic acid or some kind of skin care product before applying make up. I also make sure to wash my face before sleeping. If I get lazy and sleep with makeup on, I get acne the next day.
