These guys were definitely talkin about playing the long game. This wasn't about no "smash and grab" or "wham bam thank you ma'am" kind of thing. It was about making sure the woman was satisfied and taken care of as well. There aren't many men like this out there these days.

This is actually VeRY much in Line with what Traditional Catholic priest and exorcist Fr. Chad Ripperger explains about a man's role. and duties as a good husband in his video How to Raise a Man - shocking by today's standards and expectations..

This is just another of their journey into the blues. This is classic Mississippi Delta Blues. Some Call it Memphis Blues. The only other white group that can pull this off is ZZ Top. (Jesus Done Left Chicago & Blue Jean Blues.)

Chicago blues. Hear the stratocaster. That's the teletale sign. Vocal could be delta for sure, but in the big clubs the bands had to get Loud of the background. I love fender guitars.

That's my favorite by them. Not to brag, but I not only did all of the cooking for my wife (RIP Baby) I kept her car full of gas and did everything I could for her until the moment cancer took her from me.

This is why reactions such as this are so good. Despite being a jazz and soul fan since my teens, I hadn't realised how soulful the Righteous Brothers were. I think the main reason is that back in the 1980s you'd only ever hear You've Lost That Loving Feeling and Unchained Melody, and I always associated them with boring childhood Sunday afternoons listening to BBC Radio One. But now, thanks to reaction videos I know Nighttime is the Right Time, Soul and Inspiration, Ebb tide, Just Once in My Life and so on. So thank you KZbinrs.

Oh, heck, yeah! The name of the game is to make our partners feel loved, wanted, and spoiled! ♥ Hello, dear Liz. ☺ Now you're digging into the part of The Righteous Brothers that caused them to named as they were. Raw and bluesy, mixed with the call and response and the passion of the black southern gospel church choirs. Songs like this were recorded before the huge fame that You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling and Unchained Melody would bring them. Songs like this are the roots of the 'brothers' and their sound. Imagine walking into a darkened night club and Bill and Bobby come on stage as their band strikes up behind them. An entire night of this emotional and driving music that simply speaks to the primal instincts of your soul. With this song, they bring forward their own version of the piece written by the great Willie Dixon, who was responsible for dozens of Blues classics that would be translated into Rock songs over the years. If you're interested, here's the original version of I Just Want To Make Love To You, recorded by Muddy Waters for Chess Records. Chess was the home for the majority of the great Chicago Blues, for whom Willie Dixon wrote and recorded. It's interesting to hear the differences from The Righteous Brothers' version and how they put their own stamp to the song. kzbin.info/www/bejne/haa6f5V7qbuMf8U&ab_channel=MuddyWaters-Topic Take care and stay safe, my friend ☺☺♥♥

Many men used to treasure their wives like this. The guys who beat their women weren't well respected in the days feminists teach kids in Uni. The bad happened, but it was much less likely than couples who loved each other passionately.
