This was created for a music lesson and discussion surrounding the idea that your habits are the primary vehicle to guide you toward any specific future. The target audience was young African American students. The concept of Righteous Rhythms comes from the idea that the habits that are most impactful in humans are the ones that have been around since the beginning, in the land of our origin, Africa.
