Yes, I agree with the statement that fundamental rights are not absolute or unlimited rights. As it is mentioned by the Indian statesman Somnath Lahiri that "I feel that many of these fundamental rights have been from the point of view of a police constable... You will find that very minimum rights have been conceded and are almost invariably followed by a proviso. Almost every article is followed by a proviso which takes away the right almost completely.... ..What should be our conception of our fundamental rights? We want to incorporate every one of those rights which our people wants to get ". Rights of any individual is considered as right or appropriate until it doesn't effect or harms any other or any communities of the society. For example our constitution provide us the rights to freedom of expression and speech. It will considered correct until it doesn't effect the feeling of any communities or it doesn't hurt the ideologies of any religion. Our constitution provide us the rights to express it doesn't means that we should interfere in someone's personal matter. We should not disclose any one privacy. Our constitution before 44th amendment have the fundamental rights regarding the right to property. It doesn't means that individual should have more and more property as land. If their is requirement for the land for the welfare of communities of the people or the society then this right will be hindrance for the uplifment of the society.

अधिकारों का सही स्रोत आपकी कर्तव्य है , गांधी जी की यह बात बिल्कुल सत्य है, उनका मानना था यदि कोई व्यक्ति अपने अपने कर्तव्य को ठीक प्रकार से करें तो उसके अधिकार अपने आप ही सुरक्षित हो जाते, जैसे की हमारे संविधान के आर्टिकल 51a में यह प्रावधान किया गया है कि प्रत्येक नागरिक का यह कर्तव्य होगा कि वह अपने पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित रखे यदि वह व्यक्ति वह अपने पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित रखता है तो उसके अधिकार भी अपने आप ही सुरक्षित हो जाते हैं हमारे मूल अधिकार में यह यह प्रावधान किया गया है कि आर्टिकल 21 के तहत एक व्यक्ति को स्वच्छ वातावरण में जीवन जीने का अधिकार है। उसी प्रकार से हमारे कर्तव्य में यह भी शामिल है कि हम किसी वर्ग जाति के आधार पर किसी के साथ भेदभाव ना करें तो यह अधिकार हमें अपने आप ही हमारे हमारे संविधान के आर्टिकल 15 के तहत मिल जाता है कि संविधान किसी भी व्यक्ति के साथ लिंग व्यक्ति जाति के आधार पर भेदभाव नहीं करेगा।इस प्रकार से हम कह सकते हैं कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति अपने कर्तव्य का पालन करता है तो उसके अधिकार अपने आप ही सुरक्षित हो जाते हैं।
