Rights of a Surety [LAW OF CONTRACT]

This video is about Rights of a Surety in a contract of guarantee.
A surety has mainly three kind of rights:-
1. Right against the principal debtor.
(a) The right of subrogation (section 140).
(b) the right to indemnity (section 145).
2. Right against the creditor.
(a) Right to securities.
3. Right against the co-sureties.
(a) Right to contribution (section 146-147).

solve it as practice ? A borrows Rs 10,000 from B . C stands as a surety as regards the repayment of loan by A to B. Thereafter A and B agree that A may repay Rs. 50000 instead of Rs 10,000. Is C discharged from liability as a surety

He’s discharged from the liability only when the variations is done without his consent and he’s been discharged by section 133(variance in terms of contract) and 135(compounds with the principal debtor) .

If you were a lawyer and a client asked your thoughts on becoming a citizen of the kingdome of heaven and being grafted into the new covenant/testament with Jesus Christ as surety and mediator in all matters, how would you advise them? It appears to be a soul binding contract where one is selling their soul, but if one entered the contract and it ended up being a bad deal in the end, then that would mean the contract is null and void due to being fraud ab initio since the one who signed the contract was decieved into signing the contract, right?
