Assalamu'alaikum. Pls remember that NO ONE is perfect. You must be young and angry I guess. Pls try to keep calm, think of Allah and bite your tongue. The strong is one who can control their anger. Once words are out, you cannot suck it back in, just like a msg that had gone viral out there; the damage had been done, so.....try your best to restrain yourself and you will win. Ask lots of help persistently to Allah, He will help you. But have patience pls and DO NOT explode. That is best. May Allah have mercy on you. Allahumma baarik dear brother.

Easy take an iced bath very good and beneficial for all negative emotions it worked fr me only 5 minutes in iced bath Russians used that long time ago I did try it but go slowly one minute ten 2 minutes and so on
