I ordered from you guys pre covid and during covid. During covid, order processing and shipping was a lot slower (as expected) but now, my last few orders are being processed and shipped as fast as the pre covid times. I'm not sure if you guys are back at 100% but it feels like it on my end.

Why is there a surcharge on even the smallest figures? I want to buy I small maybe 3 inch figure and there’s a surcharge! I would understand if it was one the huge figures I usually buy but a tiny keychain sized one? 😤

Sadly that isn't something we can control. With shipping costs and customs, it can get really pricy. We can only hope that in the future it becomes more affordable.

I love you guys. My passion for anime, mangos and light novels really grew up thanks to your service. Never had problems with your shipping (except for a single time, but it was Fedex's fault because they forgot a package in their warehouse and things got solved quickly). That said, being in Italy, everytime I see the Fedex's customs for international shipping I cry inside a little. Life is suffering ç_ç

BRO NICEEEEE! and depends. I will estimate about 2-4 weeks. I ordered 40 books and it has been 2 and a half weeks and 32 of them are already ready to be shipped so im waiting for 8 books. But all 40 were out of stock originally and high demand. So since mine was much larger order, id estimate 2 weeks for you

We are still working on some. We are seeing a lot of delays from our vendors and are just now starting to get restocks in that we've been waiting on since before Christmas.

Was sadden when the domestic shipping changed $50 to $75. Had to change my shopping habit.

So I have a question for next FAQ video. I placed an order for around 9 volumes that were all OOS, because I didn't want them to delay another of my orders on stock items, so my question is, could you guys add a feature, where items that are holding an order appear in the order like in red, and the ones that have already been reserved like in green, or something along that line? I say this because even though I understood I was going to have to wait a long time for all these OOS volumes to get in stock, I would like to know which volume is delaying an order that has more than 1 item OOS. I hope I explained my question correctly, thanks for the awesome job all of you guys do

So if you do an order of in-stock and out of stock items, you reserve one of the in-stock items and we will hold that item until the out of stock item is restocked.

So with the box sets, why do you have to apply a surcharge for a box set, say its the Claymore complete box set, but if I buy the singles every volume that comes in the box set ad say they are all shipped together, why does that not have a surcharge? Buy the singles individually instead of the box set?

The box sets are bigger and harder to ship. When you order them individually they can be shipped in smaller boxes or more than one if there are a lot in that particular series. Box sets are also a lot heavier and shipping price is largely determined on weight.

What is the pending approval on a order? I ordered on Saturday and it’s Thursday and that’s all I’ve really seen. First time buying so I was just curious. Was also wondering if I could ever add a promo code after I ordered. I ordered on my birthday as I didn’t realize we got birthday promo codes and I was sad since it would have saved some money. :)

Pending approval mainly just means that we are processing your order. You can't edit an order after you submitted it unless you cancel it and then reorder it

Question what if you add something to car that is either sold out for the moment or preorder but then proceed to buy it will you get it shipped automatically when it comes with no fees since you paid for that already?

We don't actually charge until the item is ready to be shipped out, unless you use Sezzle or Paypal. But when you do order something that is sold out and we are expecting more or a preorder, you are reserving the item

We rarely do partial shipping. You can contact Customer Care to get your order split into two if you'd like to receive your items sooner

Typically once everything in your order is in stock, we ship everything out within the week. However, we are currently experiencing a high number of orders and it's taking us a little longer to get through everything.

Some of them do have logos, and some of them don't. Typically our biggest boxes have the logos.
