@jackielobin You can DEMAND ALL YOU WANT TO DEMAND, but there are not enough votes. Joe needs the House and the Senate increased. Even then, there is some concern as Dems increase the courts, then next time in office, the Cult will stack the courts, then the Dems and in the meantime, there will be more Justices than Congressmen. There is no easy solution. But currently, there are not the necessary votes to do so.

What one needs to do and what one is doing we know are so far away. My guess is that the consensus is not well informed. How can you let them get away with this otherwise? If I lived in Mississippi I'd hire 20 minivans(not busses..because they are creating laws to keep people from riding up in busses with massive amounts of people...and restricting Sunday voting)and invite all of my family members to board them on voting day to stand in line.

The 5th Circuit COA is without a doubt the weakest, intellectually averaged, most politically tainted, and the worst group of incompetent hacks of all the Circuit COA's in the United States. This is the Circuit that is fed COA judges from the likes of Louis Gohmert and Ken Paxton. There are a handful of competent intellectuals on the 5th Circuit but they are all Senior judges and were appointed in the 70's, 80's and early 90's. The majority of the judges are slight variations of MTG's and Aileen Cannon's. Most if not all of the men are intellectual midgets with political connections. They came out of the worst, most average at best, law schools; failed the bar multiple times and were terrible lawyers when in practice. These are the same incompetent judicial nutjobs that are making rulings based on personal political and religious beliefs and dictated by the Lobby Groups and the likes of the NRA and the Federalist Society.

Raised as a Republican (it's how I was raised), and growing up we constantly complained how the courts were far left and anti-constitutional. I'm handicapped and homebound. I vote by mail. This gave the opportunity to look at each judge who were appointed, by whom, and now are on the ballot to stay on the bench or be replaced. You can also google a ballot and see who's on the ballot, appointed, but are now up to the people to keep their positions. It also shows people appointed for a position with the USDA. That directly affects farmers. I live in a state that is heavily rural and has a lot of farms. Some decisions are overly strict for farmers to get operating loans for instance. No loan, no crops or livestock... higher prices. Or, forcing over planting and too much livestock, thereby tanking the price upon selling crops and livestock. Educate yourself on who's on the ballot. See what their records are.❤😊
