By any chance do you know if the one that say wet/dry is wo wash your car seat or that you can just vacuum water?

@@mariaixta24 it doe not dispense water like a carpet cleaner does. You could clean the seats and then use it to suck up the water and dirt

Correction: For water: remove filter. For dry substances: plug in filter. Good Video. I have been thinking of buying this kind of vacuum for the basement of our home. Since it isn't heavy, I can use it to vacuum on 1st floor.

My dad took me to Home Depot on my birthday to get a new vacuum because my armor all vacuum hasn’t been meeting my needs and I was wondering if I should choose this, the cordless version, or the 14 gallon. I didn’t like cordless vacuums too much because they lose so much suction within 5 minutes of use. And I was about to choose this one until I realized how many times I have become unhappy because of the amount of suction lost over time with the smaller vacuums. I chose the 14 gallon version and with the auto detail kit this is complete

All of Ridid's products seem to be great. The problem with the cordless is that the battery doesn't last long. The 14 gallon will do you well!

so after you've used the vacuum for awhile and you switch to the blower will it blow particles on you paint?

As long as the hose is cleaned out it didn't seem to be a problem.

I just picked this up and mine did not come with the bag...but it did come with a 3rd straight extension hose

How on earth does the long, black, 2 piece attachment that comes with the vacuum, attach to the upgraded hose end? Sorry for the silly question, but I honestly can't figure out how the two connect, different size connector points? Am I overlooking a adapter? Id really like to vacuum my shop floor without hurting my back, tks.

You will have to purchase an adapter if you upgrade your hose.
