I want to learn the first routine. The difference between this choreography and "just dance" is that you actually have to be really flexibel to master it. I've seen a front split, a side split and something similar to a scorpion.

I am going to be honest, but hopefully the choreographer (Kayla) takes this as constructive criticism !! I have seen Kayla dance in other classes via KZbin, and she is definitely a experienced/great dancer !! However, this choreography seems to be all over the place !!! At certain point's during the video, I felt yoga vibes - with all the enhanced, far stretched poses ?! Yet, this is definitely NOT classic yoga music... We get that you're flexible Kayla, but you need to allow your choreographed pieces to flow together.... Let the dancer's actually dance please !!
