I enjoyed the tutorial. The attention to detail is so important in botanical illustrations. Which is why I am concerned about the "pastel/faded" look of the final illustration when the "Stargazer" Lily is so vibrant in color in real life.

I have enjoyed working with water colour paint in the past I now feel that I have at last found an area of art which makes the very most of what this medium has on offer. Thank you, I so enjoyed watching you work.

Most beautiful flower I have seen today! Such an amazing artist. I feel inspired and ready to spend 200 hour on my drawing. I am by far better at drawing that watercolor. If I only could stop being afraid of ruining another sheet of paper. :-)

I just found this channel and it is coming in very handy as I am taking watercolour botanical painting right now. Ingrid, you are very talented and I love all the tips you give throughout the demonstration. Your work is truly outstanding! I will be looking for more content like this and hopefully find more of your demonstrations (hopefully there are more). Bedankt! Greetings from 🇨🇦

I have a very loose style so this was great to see how carefully she works and she gave some great tips that I can use to build more accuracy into my paintings and strengthen some of the details. Thank you!

It’s hard to see the detail work, because the camera too far away or on the side ways, like more focused on the art work than anything else. beautiful painting, just love it.
