We can see how she gain consistency with this jump. In her first year junior she only did one successful attempt. 6 in her second year junior. Now TWELVE in her first year senior! This is a record for ladies figure skating!! Amazing 😍😍😍 hope she can bring quad jumps soon.

Just curious, out of how many attempts did she land 12 3A? I thought that Tuktamysheva was more consistent but I could be wrong.

Victoria Lesniak starting from 2:45 when the last season started for her. She attempted the jump many many times, 23 overall.

シニアに上がって格段に確率が上がりましたね。 この動画には載っていませんが、シニア2年目シーズンになってより成功率は上がっています。 どんどん成長していく紀平選手、北京五輪がどうなるか分かりませんが、是非とも良い結果を残して欲しいです。

GO RIKA WOOHOO. One thing I have noticed though is that most jumps she falls out of, it's because her legs are still locked together. She doesn't take her leg out in time and that's why she falls. And it's pretty dangerous too since she's falling sideways and everyday time she comes so close to hitting her head it's scary. But I am so proud of all the progress she's made it's beautiful and amazing

１４歳、１５歳、１６歳と体形や雰囲気が明らかに変わってきていますね。１７歳になった時に注目。やはり女子には３アクセルは難しい。だからアドバンテージがある。これは大きな武器だ。精度を上げて４回転を組み込んだら最強だ。世界一を狙えるのは紀平選手しかいない。荒川さんはずっと紀平選手を見ているから、妹にように可愛いと思います。

Not the new Mao. Mao had +goe only 5 times (of 32 times) It is 15~20%. But Kihira can 3A+3T and get successful +goe more than 50%

You can´t prerotate an Axel that's why eteri girls can´t do a triple axel (because they prerotate the other jumps and with the axel it´s not possible due to its forward entry), the only one that has a triple axel is Alena Kostornaia and that's because she doesn´t learned the technique from Eteri and she doesn´t even has do it in competition yet, the other ones has a really ugly technique on axel and especially on toe pick jumps . Maybe you should see how bad technique russian ladies have in general all because of bad coaching, especially with Eteri promotionating it, the only ladies skaters from Russia with amazing technique are Elizaveta Tuktamysheva and Polina Turskaya, while in Japan, Korea and even on USA and Canada there is tons of skaters with good technique. Your fake statement remember me the people saying Mao triple axel was cheated lol when she had one the most beautiful triple axel there, all because of the hate they had with her, as you with Rika and all japanese ladies according of what you saying. It's so funny reading your coment when Russia is the country more biased and corrupt in this sport and all sports worldwile in general bringing this sport to death with time. lol your comment really made me laugh of how ignorant it is, thank you lol.

@mish098aimer I will take a look, I hope she has great technique because its rare from Eteri but some girls learn her jumps from other coaches before moving to Eteri and then she help them do difficult jumps, jumping technique is not dead in Russia but needs a really promotion with girls that have good technique in order to apreciate more russian skating without controversial scores
