BEAUTIFUL TRIBUTE TO BONANZA & especially to Pa & little Joe I loved their great father & son Bond & relationship I also love this song. One of my favorite parts of the video is from 2:05 - 2:35 ( one of my all time favorite scenes) I was just thinking what an amazing display of Loren Greene' s great acting ability & strength it is seeing Ben run all the way down the road seeing his son lay there on the ground shot then picking him up & carrying him all the way down the street is an amazingly powerful scene with Loren & Michael they were definitely both amazing actors & one of the many reasons why I will always love Bonanza. Thanks for sharing this amazing tribute. & can anyone tell me what episode the scene at 3:25 - 3:28 is from ?

What was so special about this show was that each of Ben's sons separated by at least 5 years had a distinct separate personality and Ben was able to address each of these boys on their own level, he never treated them as a single entity. While I loved this show growing up I appreciate it even more today for the human interaction between each of the characters. I think it is safe to say that what Michael Landon learned from this series he played it forward in Little House and his other projects.
