@Hazard Black Bc sidra thought frieza isn't that strong, so he gave only 20% idk but not a 100% power and frieza was using Golden form and if goku is using SSB he can get out there easily. And like toppo the God Form he was using 100% and he throw some hakai ball to frieza and frieza though toppo isn't that strong and thats why he only use his right hand and after the 1 hand show off of frieza boom he got fucked up. And btw frieza was using Golden form but he still got fucked up by toppo(Next god of destruction). Compare toppo and sidra full power. Toppo was using his full power can match to royale blue so if sidra use his full power he can match to jiren. Toppo is only candidate will be the next god of the destruction while sidra is A true god of the destruction. And if beerus use his full power to goku SSB. Goku will fucked up and use Kaioken, if toppo full power is stronger and it can match to royale blue well it means beerus full power can march to UI or even higher. Vegeta royale blue is equals to Kaioken x20 or even higher. Btw sorry for my bad english and grammar and btw english is not my first language. Beerus cant hakai the omni king bc they are only a god of destruction level and they dont have permission to hakai the one above them, if they try to threaten zeno they will lost there job and receive some punishment. And the only people they hakai is the other gods, but i said in my first comment it was forbidden. Like our job in real life we can't kill our jobmates(if your using drugs you can but no dont do it), bc its forbidden and if we did kill our job mates our boss will call a cops and boom ended up in prison.. *Edi* And if they want to hakai the other gods. Thd fight is like a race bc the first one who said hakai he is the first one to die. So its 50 50 if threaten the other gods. So long story short: Since it hits this often, it almost cancles out all beam or ki-blast ultimates. The few exceptions often are ones where your char does not stay still in one place, like boo´s teleport-ball ultimate. Also, it gets wrecked by melee- ultimates since those make you often rush at the enemy and therefore effectively leaving Hakais damage zone- unless the hakai is used VERY close to your char; then even this wont help I suppose.
