Thanks for the review. I was researching about such stand but I guess I will avoid buying it because I don't encounter the need for bench drill press very often. And when i need a stand i need it to be very stable and perpendicular. I think the design can be improved if the back arm rod has a full length notch and the mechanism has corresponding teeth to slide in the notch. Then it will not move side to side. Instead of being completely round.

Yes. Thats true, even if a square tubing is provided instead of ss pipe, stability can be increased. The reason why such improvements are not done because, the product is china made and the price should be less. If any such improvements are made, the price will reach about 3k. With just a double price, of 6k people can get a bench drill itself. It is all about cost.

vo machine ke upar bhi depend hai. 10mm ke machines ka neck chota aata hai. Ye stand 13mm ke machine keliye fit hoga. Agar 10mm ka hai to plastic sleeve lagta hai. Bahar nahi milta sir. kuch jugad karna padega
