I actually like to save the Charlotte Tilbury one for my face and use this Rimmel one over my lipstick when I want my lipstick to really stay on my lips for many hours. You just put a very thin layer over any kind of lipstick to make it matte and long lasting :)

I love Rimmel London’s stay matte pressed powder I use it all the time in 002 Pink Blossom it leaves a little colour on my face which is nice and really keeps my make up set all day

I mean it’s not as good as the Airbrush Flawless Finish pressed powder by Charlotte Tilbury, that’s for sure, but it is a nice option when you’re on a budget. If you use the smallest amount on the areas that you need the most it can be good for dry skin as well. Just be careful to not apply too much of it. Overall, it’s not my favorite but it’s not bad either. For the price it’s a steal! :) But I’ll always repurchase the CT one because it’s just the best for my dry skin. It’s so expensive though!

I have not had any issues with this powder as far as flashback. I also just checked the ingredients and it does not have any that would typically cause flashback (titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, silica, or silver mica). I hope this helps and ps, thank you! 😊

I have watched sooooo many reviews on this if I should get it and I have a question will this work for dry skin I have a tiny bit of oil but not a lot so I'm a combo and do u have any suggestions on drugstore powders I am actually gonna try this one but do you think it would work with my skin type? Though I don't have a dry skin type, I do use acne medications, which can overdry my skin. This powder has never made my skin dry or dull. I will say though that whenever my skin feels dryer, I just use less powder. So I think you should be ok using this powder, and besides, in my opinion, this is one of the better compressed powders out there! Especially considering the price haha. I believe these powders don't come in a lot of darker shades but they are pretty transparent. So my best guess is that this powder will make you a little lighter but not too much depending on how much you apply. ❤️

+Melissa Lopez If it's pretty transparent but it doesn't change colors after I apply it. So I would get this powder in the color your skin (or a little lighter) like mine is. 💕

I have & I like it a lot! I even use a darker color as a bronzer/contouring powder. I also like the fit me foundation, which reminds me of the MUFE Ultra HD Foundation. ❤️😘

I did some research and it doesn't have any ingredients that would cause flashback. I haven't ever experienced flashback with it personally, but I would test it out before doing school pictures, just to be on the safe side. Also, make sure to not wear spf or a foundation with spf in it, because that will cause flashback. :)

If your skin is darker than the powder, it will definitely brighten up your skin, but not make it shimmery or glossy. This shade has a warm yellowy color to it and it's not actually transparent but rather does provide a small but visible level of coverage. Hope this helps! Xx

didn't really say if it's good or not, sort of dancing around the answer instead of making it obvious. I mean her skin is clearly oily and shiny after 6 hours. as a viewer we can't tell if it's significantly worse or better than it would be otherwise.

I'm so so so so so confused because the powder looked amazing until the final review at the end with your bright lights when your entire face is literally shiny and oily from top to bottom.... and absolutely no one said anything about it lol... so after six hours if my entire face is glistening like that I cannot buy it

Thank you for pointing that out! In my experience, no powder keeps me truly matte throughout the day because I produce a lot of oil. 😕 But, I do think this is a good powder and if you blot throughout the day, you will likely be a lot less shiny than I was. Ultimately, I do think that this powder is worth a shot, especially because it is on the less-expensive side! ❤️

I thought the same - that she was oily, and that she would comment on it. But I definitely see that at the end of the day the oil was still less than before applying the powder, so it definitely helped! I'm on the lookout for a powder that won't require blotting throughout the day, but I might try this in the meantime!
