Rimuru is also someone who's capable of recreating the "world" which comprises of several parallel universes and dimensions tens of thousands of times and that's still far from his ever growing energy/potential. So yea he's broken. Literally one of those "characters you don't wanna mess with without being smurf(Higher Dimensional ap, hax, and such)" simply due to loads of hax he possess.
