if you wanna play more after ship launch you can download save our ship2 and rimfeller, sos2 is mod for advanced ship building that allows you to live in space, explore more planets and fight with other space ships, rimefeller is mod for digging and refining oil, it allows you to drill oil and refining it to chem fuel for your hip engines, also rimatomics can help a lot with ship - nuclear reactors work fine in space and type X reatcor enough to power ultra late game ships, i played with this mods and it was amazing, i suggest you to play with it
