But there is something more fulfilling and satisfying in an honorable way when she is able to submit Japanese fighters since Japan, where the roots of BJJ can be traced back to Japanese jiu-jitsu and judo. Maeda brought the technique to Brazil like the finest warrior sword and handed it (taught) to Gastao Gracie. To this day, since then, the Gracie clan has been continuously refining the technique like sharpening its blade and making it more lethal (efficient & effective).
