Taping roh in the same arenas as aew is not good. Not having an exclusive roster is not good. Not having a different booker is not good. Not having any hierarchy is not good. Just ppv match cards alone don't mean shit when weekly product is not good at all

I think these shows at the ESports Stadium are a practice run for a permanent place for ROH. And i think with the new streaming deal including ROH, the show will get more attention and be its own product.

Great video and topic! Needed to be discussed and called out. I've been to multiple ROH tapings as well and there has to be a better way indeed. I do think that establishin' a residency for ROH is a good idea. I'd like to think that the Esports Arena is a test run of sorts for this. Peeps whom actually want to be there for ROH will help the atmosphere. I also think that havin someone else book/run ROH would be best for biz. They'd just have to run everything past TK is all. That person could be Scott D'Amore imo when available (if he wants). ROH as NXT's developmental is the way to go at this point. Hopefully the rumored care that may get put into ROH soon helps with makin ROH better.

I can agree by doing a "joshi company " set in America I guess ? But for my personal opinion I wanna see it become like an equivalent for NXT And I got two good arguments for it 1)RoH got their own dojo, so it can fix theirs issues of like doing some botches, and aswell it can be their own development center as they truly need a one. 2) it will make AEW a true company that it will take everything to be in there. With the ROH prestige that it has from the past, it can make AEW way more prestigious that after you reach by being a champion in ROH and then after getting success you climb through AEW as being apart of the "Elite" roster. So it will have more privilege to AEW and a serious treat to other promotions as they don’t think that AEW is just a playground fest but also you need to earn your place trough the Elites.

theres actually an easy and great way to usher in a new developmental age of ROH with an old school ROH PPV returning Big Bang, itd be a nice way to transition a lot of the talent that clearly are ready for entering big programs on AEW TV (Briscoe, Athena, Johnny TV, Dalton Castle) without doing a Russo WCW 2000 of vacating every belt. id have Kyle Fletcher become the ace of ROH beating Briscoe or Roddy at said PPV id have Billie Starks overcome her mentor in a rematch for the Womens World becoming Billie 2 belts, Top Flight could beat the kingdom for the tag beltd and honestly please just get rid of the ROH trios belts and have them just start using the AEW Trios belts on AEW exclusively. itd also be cool to sign some new young talent to develop or use some nightmare factory or the old roh dojo to get some new talent recommendations for talent they could sign the billington brothers (pretty sure dynamite kid tommy is signed) Nakajima would be cool to have in ROH for a little bit before going to AEW (if hes not signed) Jack Cartwheel and Tony Deppen and finally i agree with the esports stadium becoming the home for ROH its decently sized and perfect for a developmental brand.

Billie Starkz has come into her own, but only with the help of a veteran like Athena also helping her. I think being a place for young wrestlers to develop with the occasional experienced vet still around should be the way forward

RoH is already defacto AEW Dark. Making it 'AEW's NXT' won't change anything and clearly doesn't help anybody. Indies across the world are already developmental for the AEW style. They just need their own stars and their own style to create unique appeal.

Here’s the thing Tony hasn’t done anything with ROH that wwe wouldn’t have done. Yeah I’m sure wwe would have done what tony did with it which is run shows during wwe shows most likely during nxt shows. Then put those on the peacock or something like what Tony does. I actually watch ring of honor. I thought if they were going to hold osprey off from the main title then he should of been roh world champ and start building up roh as a real adversary to aew. If you have to keep them locked in to one location then do it so you can have a different set than AEW. It has bones to be something interesting but not much is being done. But outside of that I enjoy Athena Billy and Lexy the Minions. Red and Queen. So the ladies are most of my interest.

You know how WWE has NXT & NJPW has Strong? I don't know why TK just makes ROH that for AEW. Give the bloated roster more TV time & let it be something developmental with future stars to look forward to. From what I understand, Dean Malenko runs that place. He is one of the best workers of all time. As far as bookers are concerned, TK burned his bridges. He's not going to get a Cornette, Bischoff, Mantell or Heyman anytime soon. Not even a Russo. And he fell out with Konnan so... Whatever happened to Delirious? And Scott D'Amore.
