Amazing video! Since ring ouzel are mountain birds, could pigeon perches help them? Pigeons, in the wild, lived and nested on cliff sides, so their feet are adapted to prefer flatter perches. If they are only kept on branches/normal perches then they may get sore feet or other issues. So maybe looking into a few of those may prevent these beatiful mountain birds from having issues

Do they frequently hang around in the wild in pairs? Think I may have just seen two in my garden, don't think I've ever seen one before but 2 landing together at once stood out. I'm up on the moors in Yorkshire, so I suppose it's possible that I haven't misidentified them, although it's now early March and cold and wet so is it a bit early for them? I'm not a birdwatcher, so I'm not too hot on identifying birds, but from all the photos I've looked at, these looked the closest. Very prominent white ring around their necks and a mottled black and white chest, incredibly attractive birds.
