Just to be clear, Cacace did not intentionally hit Cordina on the break. The break begins 1-54 to 1-50 seconds of round 3 at 9:09 min. of the clip above. The referee says twice, "Bring your arms out, bring your arms out, c'mon boys!" This is when the BREAK officially begins. Now watch. Next, at 1-50 and 1-49 min of the 3rd round (at 9:12 min. of the clip), Cordina hits Cacace twice with a right hand, then a left hand. At 9:13 min. of the clip (1-48 of the round) Cacace hits Cordina with a thunderous left hook. I say "Fair play" to Cacace, Cordina hit him twice on the "break" already. Furthermore, at 9:28 min of the clip, the referee asks Cordina if he is ready. Cordina with both hands and nods his head in the affirmative that he is ready (without the 5 min. break).

The ref never said “break” tho. The ref miscommunicated you need to say break or stop bad reffing for miscommunication but the punch was fair

Cordina was first hurt at 2-28 (min, sec.) to 2-24 of the 3rd round (at 8:33 min.), the body shots. Do you hear the thuds, 4 of the body shots are accompanied by loud thuds. Actually 7 total body shots w loud thuds through 2-13 (2 mins, 13 secs) of the 3rd. At 2-15 of round 3, Cordina starts talking to Cacace (8:47 min of video). Cordina was "shook" even before the clinch betw him and Cacace.

Referee did a horrible job. The punch on the break from Cacace hurt Cordina and the fight went down the hill from then on. Cordina should have been allowed to recover as the punch was illegal.
