It's a shame that the bells don't swing anymore, i watched a video from the 30s that showed the bells swining, however that doesn't seem to happen nowadays.

They don’t let the bells swing anymore because the ground is unstable, and the weight of the bells moving back and forth would threaten the stability of the already leaning building.
