Now this is how they should be trained. They weren't scared, and the cats look beautiful and muscular. That's not a whip, that's a guide, none of the cats flinched from it. You can see one of the male lions rub on it around 3 minutes.

They are trained to mouth and paw at the stick otherwise they would look too tame. The stick is used for communication (like professionals when training horses & large animals). When they retire those cats enjoy their acreage (45+acres). Unfortunately not all copy cat circuses are the same and other companies did mistreat their animals.

It does, especially in other countries, but Ringling Bros still puts animals in their circuses here. Support PETA or contact PETA for info. Also do a search for curcus animal abuse on KZbin and you'll see a lot of videos of this. Sad, but true. Once everyone boycotts the circus, they'll have to stop.
