If only his killer never intended to do such a thing, if the four Beatles did reunite and started to tour and do stuff again for years everyone would be happy, and now that can never happen anymore because some guy Mark Chapman did the dumbest thing he’d ever done, fatally shot John.

@@@kmanthecoolest9304 - Well, anything's possible... but Chapman took away the element of chance for John... John might have lived as long as Ringo and Paul... and he might not have -- who's to know other than God... But to be gunned down by a psychotic fan at the age of 40 when arguably he had so much more to live for and to give ... Well, it's beyond tragic... it's reprehensible.

Also some interesting tidbit Lennon gave a statement in court to stop a Beatles tribute Band called Beatlemania to stop using the name Beatles reason being that it belonged to them and they were planning to do something together in 1984 called The long and winding Road. Which never happened till years later as The Beatles Anthology and two new songs produced by Jeff Lynn of ELO .So yes there was something planned but then life is what happens to you while your busy making other plans Beautiful Beautiful Boys.

People love to easily dismiss Ringo as the worst beatle or whatever negative shit they say about him, remember the three greatest musicians ever to grace the stage wanted Ringo instead of someone else (Pete Best). Ringo was the drummer for the most influential band in all of human history. Ringo is rock royalty and we should all bow at his feet. This honestly does make we wonder why him and Paul don't tour regularly together. Could you imagine?
