after all the trial & errors liv morgan finally got her moment and is now the smackdown women's champion. the way that there has been no negative response to her winning speaks volumes of how liv morgan worked hard to get to this moment in her career & happy people are for her. so proud!!! just a random fact, july 2nd 2014 liv got the call to come to the pc & sign with wwe. july 2nd 2022 liv won the mitb briefcase and smackdown women's championship on the same night! 😆❤

Liv Morgan to me is like the Candice Michelle of this era. In a sense that both watched wwe growing up, both came from a group diva search and nxt that no one thought would ever be a champion, have been branded the most hard working woman by champions and fans and them winning their first championship made it so special after 4-5 years of waiting!

Don’t get me wrong, I was so happy for Liv. But too me personally, the best cash in was Carmella. She was the first, she held the briefcase for so long!!! She had two failed attempts. It happened right Wrestlemania which is always hot. This is probably one of the best decisions the WWE made in a LONG TIME. Finally they did something right. I think it’s great that the WWE has prolonged Liv’a anticipated win. Liv was on this little losing streak for a bit and she’s been the underdog for such a long time. I think fans were losing hope and then when she won, it was a shocker. Great job WWE. You did something right, surprisingly. BTW, they should’ve had this same energy for Naomi during this year’s Royal Rumble. Naomi should’ve won. I’m going to keep saying that.

Too soon to tell because I judge it by the title run. But I do think it's the most deserving MITB win since Alexa Bliss won it in 2018. However I would have preferred her holding onto the briefcase much longer than she did, and wouldn't have had her cash in on Ronda Rousey. Instead I would have waited until Becky Lynch got the title to restart that feud in 2023!

Shotzi mentions on her twitter that the MITB match was her first hardcore match in over a year, so most likely she was rusty. Especially when you consider she was not just a jobber in the last year, but a jobber who loses in record time too. Literally just 2 months ago she lost to Ronda in record time in a beat the clock challenge. Then Stephanie becomes CEO and Shotzi's career is taking a noticeable change quite drastically. I think Shotzi simply wasn't prepared for the sudden drastic change.
