@@Bennybey123 Good point!! It's never too late to cross back over. I noticed in the late 2000s Riko made a comeback on DNB with DJ Nikol and DJ Majistrate on Kool FM. Flowdan and Irah have done the odd vocal for DNB tracks. You're right Flowdan was MC Flow in the Jungle days. I would love to see them all link up and mash up the Jungle/DNB scene, certainly Wiley, Riko, Eksman, Herbzie. Hopefully the relaunching of Kool FM should be the prime spot for it to take shape. Or new mc’s that are doing well, bring them thru as keeps the game fresh. If u know riko’s actual lyrics. then you’d realise he starts a 16 bar and either forgets, the full verse or just starts another 16 mid way thru to carry it. It’s sloppy and not levels. Either don’t say the bar or recite it and give us a proper show of ur true capabilities. I luv riko but the levels are declining, I’m just saying not hating.

@@mrlemon8179 I must disagree here. I know pretty much all of Rikos bars but he's just MCing. Switching up your 16s and combining them together is something that all good MCs do and Riko especially has been doing that since the 2000s. It's not forgetting bars, he just doesn't want to spit the exact same verses in the exact same order every set. Or sometimes you're not feeling the set of bars on the beat being played so you switch or stop midway through and come back when the new drop hits. I'm an MC myself and I do it too. Don't think Riko is forgetting bars he spat for the last 20 years, he's not that old yet. 😂 Overall I agree with you that levels are declining a bit but the same can be said for Flowdan which I think is slacking off even more. Most of the OGs are over 40 by now so that's expected, they just can't bring the power they used to.
