Thanks for the video man. My pro stopped holding a charge and I'm really bummed but it's good to know I'm not alone wven though it was a different issue. Good luck with the new system!

Replace the battery. Duracell Ultra 12V 5Ah AGM SLA Battery with F1 Terminals. The battery they used is trash and being held in place by clear packing tape😂
