For ink recommendations, I’ve never tried the brand myself, but I would love to see you test out Ferris Wheel Press! Their inks are so beautiful, I love just scrolling through the site from time to time and looking at all of the gorgeous shades. They have so many shimmery and iridescent colors too, everything they have is really just gorgeous. I think they have pens and other stationary too? So it really would be worth it to take a look!

They support ai images unfortunately plus their inks are quite pricey for what they are :( I’d recommend sailor (also pricey though), Octopus fluids, Rohrer & Klinger, and Diamine inks.

if you're looking for fountain pen ink, then you can't do wrong with Diamine brand ink. Not only are they affordable, their Onyx Black is probably my favourite black ink of all time. it's beautifully shiny when fresh and a lovely dark when dried. I've never had any problems with it being too watery or a dark grey rather than black. Diamine also have a great range of reds and golds/oranges. And if you're ok with splurging, they have a nice range of colours in their "shimmertastic" line. Or you can be REALLY fancy and get a bottle of glittery J. Herbin ink (Kyanite du Nepal being a personal fave)

Oh these sets usually dont come with a piece of sandpaper so thats cool! I researched a bit a few weeks after getting a similar set, that u can lighty sand the tip at an angle to make the pen produce thinner lines, cuz the tip sizes on these more affordable glass pens vary. My set didnt come with the sandpaper, so that wouldve been useful from the getgo to have one ready in the box nvn" If ever anyone out there is planning on sanding the tips if they find the produced lines r thicker than they want, sand in one direction, lightly, and test writing lines every now n then if the lines it makes r wachu want. Research more on it if needed! Edit, use very fine grit sandpaper! And if ur ink is too runny (flows too fast, feathers, etc) add a tiny pinch of gum arabic powder to ur ink and mix well! Test the flow n feathering and add more powder if necessary✌️ Research!

Very pretty! Interesting to see a glass pen in action; I never thought about how easy it would be to use different inks!
