Im new to live steam, and this is a very well put together video of double heading on a layout with scenery! Normally the live steam videos' are elevated up and they just run at full speed. Can you tell me whats being used to control the speed of the engines? Thanks!

What did you use for your coal loads I never did like how little coal accucraft used in their tenders and wanted a more prototypical looking coal load.

Double headed freights just like the real thing with real steam sounds not artificial and I especially like the light weathering and the "bad weather curtains" on the locomotives, very realistic. I like your large layout outside and would love to see more of the inside layout.

nice to see someone running live steam at scale speeds. Wish these two were pulling about 60 cars! These are awesome models. What do you fire them on? I have 1:32 scale USRA Mikado's. They are set up for Alcohol but I am building a new proper boiler for one to burn coal. BTW your track work and scenery are fantastic.
