Rio the young Calf - Part 1.

This is a story of an Elephant herd that I witnessed during my safari in the month of April 2022 at Jim Corbett Tiger reserve -Dhikala zone . The herd look like just another herd till young Rio came out of the bushes . This young calf had a wound or some sort of problem because of which he was limping and the whole story is about how his mother was there to protect and help him .I have name this young calf as Rio to give him an identity . It was my personal choice . I wish him very well and I hope he gets well and lives a long and healthy life.
