when you really think about it her story is freaking sad. Imagine living since the beginning of time and only ever being feared. Then, someone finally comes along and loves you but you end up having to do your job, which drives them away and when you finally see her again and there’s a chance for reconciliation, the love of your life dies…also 2:10 that’s mother and son!

Rio is a character with such a tragic story that I can't help but root for her. Girl was just trying to do her job while also balancing the fact she fell in love with a mortal...And oh my God she broke so many rules for this love yet to be faced with hate in the end. It's heartbreaking, really. I absolutely LOVED Aubrey's acting and I really hope we'll see more of her (and Agatha, of course) again very soon. Their love story is incredibly captivating. Also THE TRANSITION FROM NICKY TO RIO??? I DIED. Absolute cinema!!

Rio was such a beautiful soul. The way she kept trying to help Agatha, being only met with resilience and disgust was heartbreaking. Like you wrote she did nothing wrong but was blamed for pretty much everything. I didn’t know there was a rumor about a rio show??? Pls let it be true. Her character is so fascinating and Aubrey delivered with her acting. Your edit is so beautiful and you really captured rio, the transitions!!?

she is the most tragic character of the whole show and I just loved this tribute, she totally deserves it! I think she would have deserved a lot more deepening in the show too, but maybe that will be for another show, hopefully one centered on her, since this one was centered on Agatha. I literally just watched the whole series in 2 days 5 episodes Saturday night and the rest yesterday. I am very surprised how good the show is. Rio was awesome! I hope she gets her own series. I have many questions. I did love the whole concept of Death and how the show captures that.This tribute video is very well done. Great job! 😃

This is absolutely stunning, I've added it straight to my favourites playlist and I'm sure I'll be watching it many times over. Rio is my favourite character from the show and her story is so completely tragic and you've showed it so well with this edit. The song choice too oh my god😭 heartbreaking

No wonder her and Agatha's relationship is so complicated! Rio is Death herself, and everyone must die someday. Agatha pleaded with Rio to let Nicholas live but even Rio could not stop his fate, she could only bring time, short-lived life, that only ended in death. Despite Rio loving Agatha, she could not bend the rules for her - she could not disrupt the natural order of things. But, Agatha finally embraced Death, with a final kiss.

The tragedy is that you can tell the rio still loves her. In her own somewhat twisted way. But you also understand why Agatha hates rio. What mother could forgive the thing that took away her only beloved child
