Traveling to Kyoto from Osaka after the Japan lockdown lifting. Really surprised to see no people at popular Kyoto travel spots (Ex. Kiyomizu dera temple, Fushimi Inari shrine, etc...). Staying at APA Hotel with deep corona discount (2,500JPY/ Night), showing how the room looks like and the atmosphere.
I understand that many people had to cancel their Japan trip due to Covid-19 outbreak, so hope you can enjoy traveling to Kyoto with me though this video😊 Also, showing how much it costs, and how long it takes during my travel, so hopefully my video can help your next Japan travel😉
Here is the timeline for the video!
0:00 Previews/ Intro (I was Born and Raised in Japan😊)
0:34 How to Go to Kyoto from Nankai Namba Station (Osaka) and How Much It Costs
3:19 Kyoto Station and Hidden Free Best View Spot
4:27 How to Go to Kiyomizu Dera temple from Kyoto Station
6:49 Really Quiet Kiyomizu dera temple due to Outbreak
10:52 How to Go to Fushimi Inari Shrine from Kiyomizu dera Temple
11:51 Fushimi Inari Shrine (Senbon Torii) with No People Due to Covid-19
14:33 How to Go to Fushimi Inari Shrine to Kyoto Station
15:26 Deep Discounted APA Hotel (Kyoto Higashi Guchi), and Room Tour
17:28 Buying Dinner at 7-Eleven, Ramen & Onigiri Rice Ball and Mukbang
Money I spent in this day : Total 5,700 (51.82 USD) details in this video😉

This video is really good for history as I don't think one will ever see Kiyomizu and Inari shrine this empty post COVID-19. Really shows you how peaceful Kyoto can be without the tourist. Even the Kyoto station shot with few people is quite memorable!!

I am so envious of the unique opportunity you have right now to visit Kyoto's tourist spots with so few people around! It may never happen again once the pandemic is over. I've been to Kyoto twice and I felt like it had become so overcrowded with tourists the last time around that it detracted from my enjoyment of the place a little bit. I was in Osaka in May last year... I wish I knew about your channel back then because you give so many good tips for travellers!
