I've been testing both main items on her, Moonstone vs Helia.... Moonstone still comes up on top for straight healing. It's also easier to boost your teammates without being up close and personal, 2 of them gets a heal outside the circle. Helia gives less heals, but damage goes up, fair trade.

Depend on the lane. A lane where you can go aggressive can be very useful maxing the q first, meanwhile during a safe one, like against a blitzcrank, than the w is to max
