RIOT COMPLETELY BROKE KARTHUS JUNGLE WITH THIS NEW PATCH!
In this video I'll be showing you how to properly play karthus jungle in the new patch and oh boy is this champion strong as you can see in this video. The amount of tempo lead you can have with the increased exp as well is just gonna skyrocket your level lead through the roof. On top of that blackfire torch is also insanely strong as well so overall karthus is easy S+ tier atm.

Ok wp. But from the other hand. What are your tips regarding counterplaying Karthus? Assasin jngler like shaco and constantly invading the guy? Because it seems pretty hard to do anything here

Just track him and invade him cause early he cant 1v1 properly. Keep in mind Karthus will literally everytime fullclear cause before 6 he dosent have great tools to gank (and even after 6 he will mainly use ult to gank, cause W slow aint that strong, and q is hard to poke everytime). Play assasin jg like kha or anything that can delete a squishy champ in all game stages. Someone must be rly dumb to get ganked by Karthus without his ult cause basically any champ in the game can avoid a non-ult Karthus gank. For Karthus players: IMO, with Karthus u dont have to be on the map too much. Just to powerfarm, take objectives and ult whenever u see oportunities. Also u can go on the lanes and make them to focus u, in some scenarios this is great, but mainly u must farm - objective - pentagank w ult. There is no point in being on the lanes like a normal jungle when u have ult. Go on the lanes if: ur jg is cleared, ur team won a big teamfight and u can help them push or clear the guys surviving ult. To maximize ult potential and this playstyle use First Strike, dosent matter if u get a kill/assist or nothing cause u get money anyway. Basically just look on the map, ult and print money. Buy some cd items like Malignance. Enjoy.

But anyway i play 90% of my games with ekko (just my main) and really good karthus i cannot fckn 1v1 him on 1st grubs ( im high plat low emerald elo) several times ive had situation like this. Generally i have worst wr with karthus. Even though imp ekko should counter him right?

@@AnonimowyAlkoholik92 well the hardest thing to do sometimes is to do nothing. A tip: If Ur team is not very ahead before grubs apear just ignore them. Because: If u lose aganist enemy jg (Karthus) u give him grubs buff, grubs gold+ your 300g. If You are not at grubs he dosent get that extra edge. If you know he going grubs and You cant fight him just recall and invade whatever u can/ call for help if u have good team. But imo grubs aren't win condition. I won so many games ignoring topside objectives. I would prefere to have more cs than him (usually in Master i have double than enemy) than having grubs. Cause i generate more gold, XP and lead. Dont fight for objectives just because you can, there are scenarios where You can ignore drake or even baron and still win with no stress. Think before an objectives: do i have vision ? Do they have ults/summs? Where is my team? Are my ult and summs up? Where is enemy jg/supp? If the answers for the most of this is No or IDK then u better ignore obiective cause otherwise its a gamble.
