Clews I have never been banned or even chat restricted and I told a guy to kill himself just a couple of weeks ago. Does any1 know if there are things that makes you less likely to get punished for example how long you have played or how much honors you have? Completely agree that you should never be punished for something you say unless it's a really extreme case. Telling someone to fuck off doesn't ruin games, there is a mute button for a reason. Players inting and going afk because they "don't want to win anymore" because they got ganked lvl 2 and died is what is ruining games. Don't play ranked if you don't care about winning and if you still do and just troll you deserve a ban.

Most of the champions that are newly released seems to be op at first to sell it out fast, then they always nerfed it after. There is always an outrage everytime a new champion is released. Though they may considering professional game plays to break and put a new meta to make these championship games more interesting, man its hard to make a balance game if they are considering all those factors, now they have to choose one path that somewhat in the middle but that path maybe a non existent one. To make it more interesting for both of the casual and professional players, i think the best way is not to release a new champion at the meantime and just make all existing characters more playable, and usable at any circumstances. You know, this make the game more strategically inclined rather than making a new meta that may kill any champion if they are not suited on the current.

The problem with balance in this game is that im guessing it is really difficult to have every champ/role equal. On top of that you will have specific role players that complain about their role and other players that complain that that role is too strong. I think it is an endless circle of argueing and imperfection.

Im actually so glad T1 got asked to fill this out. I have been complaining about the honor system for months, the people on reddit wont hear it. Flaming soft and hard inting gets you punished but the players being flamed get nothing unless they end up on reddit. Please please please fix this Riot, 2 wrongs dont make a right but what fun do the other 4 players who sit silent in a game with a 1/15 troll get? Reporting does nothing so you dont even feel satisfied after reporting them in the post game lobby. Maybe now theyll listen...
