The ult burn item might be great on morgana as your ult can stun them in your pool, so you have 1 pool that shreds their MR and another pool that ramps up damage as they get low and that should make for a REALLY deadly morg combo

I guess it depends on wheter or not the item has a cooldown. Cause she'd activate the item on first cast and by the time they're stunned they'd be already out of the item's effect

This was the champ that came to mind for me first. Overall I think you either need a really hard hitting ult for a massive pool (Veigar) or some cc to keep the enemy in the pool (Morgana, Lux, Zyra)

I love seeing Zwag;s perspective of League changes in Season 14 and seeing how others who have different playstyles have different perspectives. My biggest thing that I LOVE about Zwag is he has an opinion overall over the game , like how he says "I like the picking up this soul because it gives haste and building full damage the extra haste is nice, but overall eh" he gives his opinion TOWARDS his playstyle and to other champs overall. Love your knowledge of the game and perspective of league Zwag, keep your videos up!

I always get a tear when I play AP. I like to spam my spells so I can have lane dominance early and you can always sell it later or build it into a high AP item with cdr and a shield.

yes, however spamming spells early leaves you with cooldowns and especially on squishy mages you do not want to get caught when 3 of your 4 spells are on cooldown.

stormsurge should be a per target cooldown and require 3 spells/attacks like phase or electrocute instead of a health threshold
