First and foremost you must listen to Dogma Resistance from start to finish. If you have, how do you interpret the ending? To me The Machine wins and forces the mob back into it's grasp. After that the very out of left field Take That plays where it feels like our protagonist is in a very different world. This is what the long sleep induced by the machine has done and they're now in a fantasy world where they think everything is okay.
