That..........was..............fucking...... ....AWESOME!!!!! RIOT is is such an underrated, overlooked, unheard of band that should have been bigger in the hard rock/metal world. Thundersteel is still one of my favorite cd's to listen to from beginning to end (Powermad's "Absolute Power" being another) and never grow tired of. You owned this song dude! Hats off to you! R.I.P Mark Reale.

+Anki Hansen i'm sorry if i offended you with my comment. What i talked about here is just my preference, so i will not run down or make light of Tony. It is undoubtedly true that Tony is one of best vocalists in Heavy/Speed metal history. Thundersteel is the masterpiece of RIOT, so many people do a cover. Among them, Yannis is brilliant. His powerful voice with rasp has attraction different from Tony. This is what I wanted to say. Sorry for my poor English.

The only thing I never got into with RIOT was The lead vocals. DONT get me wrong, I've been lucky enough to meet them all personally and they're all really nice and tallented. But Don's voice was never my thing. He and Bobby are the nicest people other than mark reale himself that I've ever met. It sucks they never got big. But after the death of darenger It was pretty much set. That the Jpn and Euro crowd would be their main crew. Much love from San Antonio man, and I love the honesty with your comment also! Yannis is a beast, they should of gotten him on board when they where picking the new singer, after marks passing.

@Sorcery King Yep! With practice and mastering of different singing techniques, anyone can sing any range. Doesn't matter what your natural vocal range is, there's always a way to sing higher or lower, it's just a matter of practicing and mastering the different techniques.

@Sorcery King Right, but the thing is, most women never develop their singing voice to its limits. Almost every single male can legitimately sing the same octaves, some having their baseline range lower or higher than others. Females start much higher, so they're limited with how deep their voices can go compared to males, but they have a much higher high end that often goes unused because they don't bother to practice their voice to go that high. I can probably count the number of times I heard a female voice's high end on the fingers of one hand, and it's usually in classical operas. It's a shame, because it sounds amazing and out of this world.
