Increase alteration so you can get 30% spell absorption from the perk, and grab the atronach stone perk for another 50% absorption. The necromage perk while being a vampire boosts both these effects just enough to give you exactly 100% spell absorption.

Many players and fans in the world of Skyrim consider him the last opponent storywise. It makes you wonder if the Ebony Warrior is so powerful what challenges did he face before doing a death battle against the Dragonborn. It just makes perfect sense that the guy is not some ordinary Redguard with experience seeing that he stands at a height over 7'0 which is taller than the Altmer race.

Effective hit pool against magic: 41 420 Thats not takin into account his healing ability His phys hit pool is actually a lot smaller, ”only” around 10k Not taking into account blocking and reflecting the damage back. All in all, no matter what, hes a beast

A level 1 player can take down the standard three-man Legion patrol. The Ebony Warrior is a level 80 NPC with Absorb Health enchantment on his main weapon. This was always going to be a slaughter against melee soldiers; him falling to an army of ranged attackers was a foregone conclusion.

A thing to note about this fight is that it was a good choice for the mages to use fire. The Ebony Warriors only means if fire resistance is on his shield, which he takes off frequently in order to cast spells and use his bow. Which means that, for the majority of the fight he had no resistance to flame magic.

Honestly: Not as an NPC, but controlled by a player with a bit of a tactical approach, the Ebony Warrior might have won that last battle as well: Move on the other side of that wall (in general: move around more and make use of potential cover), draw the mages closer by doing so, then focus on the mages first, then the bowmen and then the close range fighters.

I thought exactly the same. Also to be honest a little better AI too. If went after the mages first and I don't know if he has the block runner perk and imagine he had shield charge. He could charge past all the grunts and then just massacre the mages. Just to top it off imagine he has smithed up gear too. His resistances are good. I think his gear gives him like 50 percent resistance to all 3 elements. I would actually love to fight him like that too. The only thing that I dislike a lot is that reflect damage perk. I mean it works but its so annoying when you want to just own him and you die from being too strong.
