I met Chucky about 5 years ago in Jamaica, along with Simon. Chucky and I had a special connection, and we've stayed in regular contact ever since. I last spoke to him on the phone about 2 weeks ago, and we last messaged last Thursday when I told him I had booked my flight for July. It breaks my heart to know that I'll have to go to Jamaica without seeing him, as I actually booked this flight just to meet him again. He always called me "Swiss baby," and you can even find videos of us on Simon's main channel. We were so excited to meet again after all these years, and I wished so much that it could have happened last year. I will never forget this person because he was like an older brother to me. He supported me in many situations and gave me advice, and he was always genuinely good to me. I hope he's in a better place now, and that we'll meet again someday. And thank you to Simon for all the beautiful memories you've given us with him. Rest in peace, Chucky. 😢❤️🕊️

@@Benjabomba It's crazy to see that I also started as a fan watching his videos and then spontaneously decided to fly there, leading to such a special friendship. And i also still have contact with Simon to this day, and we had a good conversation over the phone today. It's also comforting to hear that despite their differences last year, he mourns him deeply and wishes they could have resolved everything. I just wish so much that I could have made it to him last year. However, there's no use dwelling on it now because that's just life. We all know he lived a very fulfilling life, and he has surely found peace now.

@@nilszangerl1535 Chucky seem to have a special soul and he easily make friends with people, i feel i would be in your situation as well if I had managed to visit Jamaica and I'm sure he would have a similar nickname for me as he did for you, just with Norway related 😅 I used to imagine visiting and becoming his best friend too ♥️ he really my type of person and just a special individual, a one of a kind and true person. I can imagine how Simon must feel, I know that their feud they had probably didn't mean much in the big picture and ultimately they're always friends as fueds can happen but it doesn't change the fact that their friendship matters and I'm sure Simon feels a lot of things, but really mourns his friend right now .. death is a strange thing to deal with as my mom was the first to die in my life We can only mourn and move on and know life has ups and downs always and just believe we'll meet our loved ones again ♥️ we're sad because we don't get to see the person again (in this lifetime at least) to think we'll life 80 years or whatever without a person we love like that makes us very sad, but the person on the other side is probably in a very good place ♥️ Chucky brought a lot of good to so many people and so did Simon ♥️ I will continue watch Simon on his journeys as he go along 🌄

He maintained regular contact with another guy that i met there from Germany, who is still one of my best friends to this day, and we regularly visit each other. It was such a beautiful time there, and I have so many good memories of him and all the people I met on that trip. I'm just grateful that I got to experience something like this at my young age. 🙏🏼❤️

Thank you. Rest in peace Chucky. I am from Hope Bay but sadly never grew up there. This brother (Chucky) took me back home in his videos. He died "Free" doing what he wanted to do in life and that's the best way to go. He is one of if not the most courageous persons to have ever lived because he dared to live his way, not the way of Babylon. I noticed that even when he and Simon parted ways, that none of them publicly disrespected the other. They disagreed but maintained respect and that says a lot about both men. Simon , it's so very sad to hear about the sudden and untimely death of Chucky.😭😭💔 Just so you know that you have vastly contributed to making a positive difference to his life .Not much was known about Chucky until you placed him on the national and international map via setting up his KZbin channel . I loved the positive banter, how you interacted with each other and the great relationship that you both had . I missed seeing you riding on the back of his motorbike with your hair blowing in the wind, the laughter ...just everything that you both did together as well as with the many guests who were always in residence. I know that you must be consumed with grief for both Chucky and Anthony......just so you know , you're so loved Simon ,your contribution to their lives was very much appreciated . I pray that you will find comfort from the treasured memories of time spent together with these 2 great men. May their souls rest in peace 🙏Sending a warm hug 🫂to you and their respective families and loved ones close to them.
