A Grosso board was my first board 87-88. I was super cool at school till a skater friend showed up with a Lance Mountain board. Such a fun time in life. Young, skating and felt like I could take over the world. RIP Jeff

Jeff and I were the same age... I remember skating the Embarcadero as I did almost everyday, and Grosso showed up... I was cool meeting him and watching him skate. Great skater and nice guy. Will be missed.

Been wearing Vans for 45 years, I remember buying them at a house turned retail store in Torrance in the 70s I want to say around $16 a pair. Now I live in Tokyo and it’s not uncommon to pay close to $100 a pair. Crazy.
