Definitely sounds like a gunky build up in the fuel system. Throwing off the air fuel ratio starving the engine. Like with a clogged air filter it can cause a choppy throttle. If the bike starts to run a little more smoothly it would be a sign it was a fuel issue. I'd recommend a full flush of the fuel system to clear and clean out any gunk.

Use some fuel cleaner on your bike, especially if it has a power commander/fuel system on it. This happened on my GSXR and that fixed the issue

​@@tucrr So hard to say from just watching the vid but it sounds a little like a misfire. It would be worth checking the spark plugs to see if you have any burnt fuel on them, no nasty dark colour or anything, Make sure the gap is correct, this shouldn't have changed but but it can become a problem. For example if your air filter has become less efficient because it is clogged up the air fuel mixture will be adjusted by the ECU which means if one of your plugs gap is slightly out you may be noticing it only now. Also try putting the bike in different conditions, on a hill, slow acceleration in a low gear etc, this can often reveal if there is a set of circumstances where the issue is more present or obvious. I hope you get to the bottom of it mate

I don't know your set up, but I would guess you have an FTECU or Woolich racing tune for the autoblipper. Could just be the tune and it sorted itself out when you reset the bike by turning it off, letting it sit with the key out and then starting it back up. If it was something more mechanical I'd think that you'd see it more consistently. Seems like a software thing, but could also be weird fuel issues, which others pointed out

It could sound like there might have been some water in the wiring for the ignition, or for the sparks. Correct me if this isnt the correct term to use, but it could also be that the bike receives "false air". There might be a small air leak, which causes the rpm to fluctuate

your fuel system needs to be cleaned my guy. It's not a misfire but gunk is filling up somewhere in your fuel system. Get fuel rail cleaner and it should be good

you need to check your timming on your Air to Fuel ratio sounds like you are getting to much fuel and not enough air. Which makes sense because ur buddy said it was sitting idel for 10mins before u guys took off. i would just go see a tunner and they'll spot the issue.
