All I can really suggest is Menu > Other > Customer Support > Feedback. Let them know your honest thoughts. Do not harass. Be kind, but firm in your feelings with the 500 scout points decision. I am at least sitting on 100k gems, but I am very disappointed personally in their choice in this move. I feel like they could've easily kept all those bonus pulling rewards without raising the caps. Are the pairs powerful? Yes, they look broken as hell, but man, 500 scout points ain't it, chief.

Agreed, even as a day 1 player, it hurts, then they took away Battle Villa, and introduced Rally which not only got boring quickly, but doesn't provide as many gems monthly as the Battle Villa did monthly. It's been getting rougher and rougher, along with many gacha games clean their pools this late in the game's life, this is something that needed doing 2 years ago at least if not sooner, yet they haven't. Ironically they have a system already implemented that could help this unlike other gachas, with their regional ticket summons. You're new and want Blue Pidgeot? You can from the Kanto regional ticket, Kris Feraligatr? Johto, even old pokefairs like Cynthia Garchomp, could be in Sinnoh's regional tickets.

@Blaze4ification Rally can be kinda fun but in a way the time you take there isn't worth it IMO...Stage 10s can be pretty rough if you haven't figured out the right combo for the supposed Extreme Battles to beat their special conditions.

@@zjzr08 Meh, I find no interest in it, never had issues with stage 10 the cup completely debuffs them. Only once when I had a team of support sprinters because they didn't do much damage, enemy was what's her name with Suicune. Even Paulo Lycanroc struggled, but in the end still a win, she wasn't doing any damage to me, it was that it was a stalemate of no one getting koed. On the other hand I suppose I am a day 1 player even if F2P, so I do have a lot of units, so I rarely find a struggle in it... though in the middle Roark shows up once in a while and for some reason is ridiculously busted, even if he's the 4th battle lol. Then yeah 100%, you're only going for those tickets to get roll cakes, the time taken to get there just isn't worth it, and again less gem pay out than Villa gave monthly. I can't remember what it was exactly 3000? 9000? Maybe it was 6000, I really wish I could remember, and have tried looking up on google but couldn't find any where or site that stated the rewards. Villa you're lucky to get 1200 within a month, assuming you do it every week, since only 300 is the pay out.

... 5 passives just sounds like something that COULD be on literally every unit. Skill unlock item still in the game I think... maybe not, right I think they dropped that, to which they could totally bring back, and give units a chance to add more passives (looking at Brendan who finally got Mega Sceptile... but still only has 1 passive). Could even utilize these to upgrade our Eggmons, especially if like me you invested in the starting eggs... not knowing they'd introduce eggmon of different values. My Charizard is 5/5, 1 passive, and I can't get those items back. To which then yes Cynthia, Steven, and Lance totally could get 5 passives, get more buffs in stats, they're all frankly fine as is and don't even have their ex role unlocks yet. Every feature these things have totally could be just upgrades to the current units to bring them up to snuff.

@@sssspider I honestly couldn't tell you, it's been too long, the item is called a skill capsule. I still have 14 of them though, and trying to look up couldn't find anything on them. I feeeeel like it was for units that evolved their Pokemon.... but at same time then begs the question of why Brendan still only has 2 passives, maybe he only had 1? Dang again sorry can't remember, that was a year 1 and maaaybe 2 thing. Then they just decided to release units without the need of that item with all their passives, so now the item just sits there doing nothing if you held on to it. They offered to exchange them for pokecoins, but as a RPG fan... gotta horde those items lol. Those 14 are the only proof that they once existed... but they could again. No reason they couldn't bring the item back and allow units with only 1-2 passives to go to 3, upgrade our eggmon to 3 passives, or heck even more, or yeah bring Cynthia up to new Cynthia's level by getting 5 passives.

Multi Role sounds the closest we have to the Divine Attribute in Yu-Gi-Oh! hehe...that being said that also means the material is seemingly exclusive and that's a big downside of it (especially if you can practically only use General Candies for it). Now...the thing with Scout Points, all I can say is this: I think Arc Suits are going to be more powerful than Master Fairs (welcome to another power creep, sadly) with 2 extra passives (although some passives already have like 2 skills at 1, so at times they feel like copouts) so I understand why they would be harder to get at worst case scenario. That being said, they are still the same rate as Master Fair. That means, if you're like me who just pulls for the 1st 5 times to at least get the free Candy Coins and Power-Ups, this won't change anything. If you are someone who is only gonna pull for banners with guaranteed pity (I do that for 2×/3× PokeFairs instead), then I agree this is not a good thing. I do agree that there are pros and cons here - these are seemingly stronger than Master Fairs with unique abilities (rebuff is helpful for Interference stages), but they barely changed much in both Pokemon and trainer outfit (although I get that's the point in-story, and I like the concept). Do being stronger than Master Fairs offset the seeming downsides of it, and is it worth the 9000 more gems (that's like half a month in recent free gem frequency IMO) for pity (which again doesn't differ from Master Fairs if you depend on luck)?

To add, it makes me wonder (seeing it's a 25% increase): would you rather have Arc Suits be 0.75% chance but 400 Scout Points, or 1% chance but 500 scout points, because I feel the first one was the plan but they knew the negative reaction if they lowered the ceiling rate more (although we should've been used to it when Team Rocket Variety had like a 0.4% rate each anyway hehe).

The anni will be much better if they gave the og trio champ an unlockable arceus class feature and revamp the kit. Open up possibilities of other units of maybe having arceus class feature instead of them rerunning with the same pokemon in a banner.. 🤷‍♂️ No new features i presume? Content wise for this anni is the story and event battle? It can be like any other month again. Lol

I gave up player in Jan but before had played for about 4 years f2p, I was always able to get all the anniversary units beforehand. It took some saving / self discipline to not pull for the month beforehand but was always possible. Most f2p players will just pick 1 unit to summon each month and save once they got that, but that was better in the days when you’d get 35k free gems a month

The main problem is that the new pairs combine multiple bad/suboptimal things (at least for me) - Same Pokémon - The outfits are not different enough from the regular ones. It feels more like a upgrade than a new pair. - The new pairs seem extremely OP. - Increased pity-counter in combination to 1% chance - New role which means that you can’t use your current move candies

This also kind of goes back against one of the reasons I defended this vs other gacha games. Very few gacha games make it so any unit is viable, Fate Grand Order is the only one of the hundreds I've played. Princess Connect, Dragalia Lost, Fire Emblem Heroes tries but fails miserably, only Fate GO, this, and to... some extent Mario Kart World Tour have it so if you invest in the characters you love, they can be as good as a 5 star unit. I say that this goes against that because this is clearly a scummy money making way to out perform the old ones. When there's no reason they can't be upgraded. Especially since we have yet to get the older versions EX Role unlocks. Cynthia could have field (though tech or support would be better) Metagross support or tech, Dragonite those or sprint... probably not tech it'd be too broken then lol, but there in lies the point. There's no reason current Lance Dragonite couldn't match up to this anni Lance if they took the time and effort to invest in the older units. Especially when a lot of these units could just as easily get eclipsed themselves in the future, Maxie could easily out pace this Cynthia just as much as the old one, especially if primal reversion gets added to it, or a new shiny primal Groudon. Origin Dialga or Palkia could eclipse Dragonite, Dialga could eclipse Metagross. Then like I said in the last video the skill unlock item should be repurposed and brought back. There's no reason passives couldn't be added to units that hell like Brendan and Sceptile only have 1 passive to give them 3-5 passives. Then if they introduce a game mode too difficult that only these units can handle... that's pay to win. I hope they realize the mistake. These may be beloved units, Cynthia especially. She's just as famous as Ash and Red, and more popular than Red, she's the most beloved character in the franchise. Yet that doesn't mean you reskin and resell her, new Pokemon, hell new trainers, still boggles my mind that some of the more popular characters still don't even have 2 alts like Flannery. She's the most popular gen 3 gym leader, yet has only had her Torkoal since launch. Emerald fans want that champion Wallace, where's Juan? Like I'm sure it will still stand, that if you love a unit enough they can be top tier, if you invest and pair them up with respective units... it's just that it's the... I can't think of the right word, common courtesy, common decency of it all? That's not right but all I can think of, it's the... something of it all, respect, shows no respect for the fans that they think they can take advantage just because oh look Cynthia, Steven, and Lance. Steven being the biggest insult because he has too many alts and not many of them have been good, nor Pokemon we'd like to see him with. Aggron super popular Pokemon, the Nidoking of gen 3 with its ocean wide move pool, has a mega, super popular Pokemon, top 5 even top 3 for many trainers. Armaldo, Claydol, Skarmory, he's got 10 cool powerful Pokemon to choose from, 11 if we count manga Steven with a Registeel, 12 if we count anime Steven with the shiny Mega Metagross. It's not respectful to the fans, and it's not respectful to the legacy of these characters and their Pokemon. I'm personally (on a different channel not this one, not shamelessly plugging) reviewing mobile games and covering their value, whether they deserve to be called games or not, shameless cash grabs. Masters I though could wait especially since I don't know how to record it, doesn't work on bluestacks, and google play pc version is still in beta and doesn't work with many Nintendo titles. So I was waiting, especially because this game was good even if the past couple years I haven't agreed to some decisions, and it's gotten too fan servicy with other decisions. This definitely deserves a call out though.

Even if the anni sync pairs were not that much well received (and I kinda understand/agree the reason why) I'm glad with the OG characters getting some love in order to match current sync pairs I'm excited for their kits. But the 500 scout points, thats bs!

You know, I'm kinda glad I stopped playing Masters. I stopped playing cuz it keeps crashing and all these new changes makes the older units irrelevant. One thing I loved about this game was how you can play your favorite character and try to make the best team to take down an opponent. But now, you're pretty much dependent on having these new OP units that it makes the older ones unusable and just sit in your list. It's not fun trying these new missions and getting destroyed because you don't have the featured unit. And plus, the game feels more like a chore than a fun game and it sucks the fun out of you. So I'm glad I uninstalled the game, mainly cuz it crashes so much I got sick of it and it has huge performance issues, but now this is too much

Honestly I mean some of the units I've seen when checking serebii are pretty hype, finally a 3rd Lusamine, I don't get my Suicune, but I get my Raikou which makes me happy, Morgen gets Virizion which is cool, and Lear's gang gets... not bad but certainly interesting choices lol, I mean Lear himself is fine but I find it silly Sawyer and Rachel just have the same thing but different forms and its the prevo of Lear's unit. Don't egt me wrong, don't dislike it, just find it odd and silly. While I was on the ship of hey cool it on the Lillie alts... it's still interesting and better than Steven who has just as many alts, plus she's free. Take what we can get, leave complaints, BUT also remember everyone to be respectful, the people in the feedback and inquiry taking our messages aren't the ones responsible, they're people too, constructive criticism don't go out crucifying them, just like poor Poce with the dislikes. They didn't do nothing wrong, treat your fellow human how you would like to be treated.

You know what the worst part is? I can't choose NY Wallace from any of the three seasonal select scouts that appeared today. They didn't add any Field units to any of them (also, we haven't had any Sprint seasonals yet, which is weirdly unbalanced, lol). There could've been one Field unit for each scout based on their EX-Rs: NY Wallace in the Strike scout, S.Gardenia in the Support scout, and H.Viola in the Tech scout. I was planning on getting F.Roxanne from the Tech scout anyway, but I'll prob just ignore the other two now. I hope the Chatelaines' EX styles won't prevent them from appearing as scoutable units w/ their non-legend aces in the future. We've already seen that Dana has indeed also brought her Magcargo along w/ her Regice to Pasio in her story. It is really sad that the og champ trio units seem like they're basically being replaced by themselves. You can prob still team them up w/ themselves like usual, but the og units prob won't really contribute much aside from Strike theme skills. But if this Cynth's EX style is actually Garchomp-colored this time, then I'll take it, lol. AS Steven's tm is finally our phys version of NC Blue's tm, so that's nice. I hope we get at least one more for phys shortly after, just like how spec got Iono shortly after NC Blue. Actually, AS Lance + regular Lance might team up really well together, depending on the stage (and as long as they bring a decent gauge support w/ them), but I'll wait to see all the kits before going forward w/ that idea.

After seeing data mine on serebii honestly looking forward to some of the new units from that the most lol... spoilers if you don't want them LUSAMINE FINALLY GETS A 3RD ONE JESUS CHRIST, although... it's a lazy one, I couldn't find out if lodge or variety scout, hoping the former... then means time to romance her too lol (and I just hate variety scouts because they're lazy, Lodge units are also lazy appearance wise but hey they're free). LEAR GETS A 2ND AND ITS A SS WITH... Gold... I forget the name evolution of Ghimighoul, Morgan has Virizion which is cool, worried Bianca would ruin those chances, Terakion wouldn't have made sense with her especially since we already got a rock and fighting flag RAIKOU AND MC YAAAAY... not Suicune but damn it's been a while ma boy, haven't used a Raikou since my 1st playthrough of a Pokemon game back on Silver, this is sweet... still prefer Suicune, one of my favorite legendaries, but still hyped. Will is... BP with Slowbro, which is disappointing because it isn't with a mega Slowbro. I would've rather had his SS be with Slowking personally, then Lorelei has mega Slowbro with her SS, or Will got a Mega Slowbro. Like they are hating megas all of a sudden for some reason. Don't care about Rose but he's getting in BP too, CHUCK AND MALVA FINALLY GETTING INTO THE GAME, would prefer she had Pyroar but I like Talonflame too I guess... but doesn't someone already have a Talonflame? No... Serena has a Fletchling in lodge. Cheryl is finally getting an alt and it's Wailord. Am I being glass half full?... maybe but I'll take it lol. Edit: Lusamine is BP, I'll take it, no dating the aether mom yet, but still a free unit and not lazy behind gems like variety scout.

I'm pretty indifferent about the anniversary at first glance: IN MY OPINION, the banner changes don't really stray me from anything. The games been out for 5 years and they were bound to do some crazy change eventually. Unless they're doing even harder content, I don't see anything that makes me go "oh em gee guys this is crazy". Lance is just big big big damage, Steven is super duper omega support and Cynthia sets sandstorm and ground zone. I only summon on anniversary units and my favorite Pokémon so I personally always have gems stocked up. If they want these ARC sync pairs to be the top tier of the top tier the 500 scout points doesnt bother me. With that being said there needs to be something incentivizing me to summon for them in the first place. We also have to wait and see if theyre going to change the amount of monthly gems we get or not, I think thats important. I don't think just remaking the sync pairs was the best idea but I get why they did it from a business perspective. Now they can make another version of every other sync pair in the game and make stories/arcs for them. In my opinion I think adding a way to upgrade the older units would have been better, with that being said it would largely depend on how they implement it. As far as Lillie and the big cat, a free unit is a free unit I wont complain.

The amount of scout points needed for the banners is pretty atrocious, but that was like the least of my complaints though. My biggest complaint about this is that the partner Pokemon for the Arc suits is just plain boring. Could've give them other Pokemon like Cynthia with Togekiss, Lance with Aerodactyl, and Steven with Aggron.
