Why does it have to be sad, though? What exactly is better about our 20s? This is the decade where people struggle the most. In our early 20's, we experience rather quickly firsthand what "adult problems" are. In our mid-20's, we are told we don't have "enough" experience for an employer to give us a desirable wage/promotion. In our late 20's, we are made to feel bad for directing our energy on health/ambitions/hobbies rather than on marriage and children. Turning 30 this year was an all-white party for me!

Girls pls start your medical check up at least once in a year especially for bones and breast. Osteoporosis usually starts at the age of 30 in women cause of our hormone so pls increase the calcium intake in your diet . Take care ✨.

I've never had problems getting older emotionally and physically and I'm 39. I eat fairly healthy, I'm not perfect with eating, and have stayed genuinely active ever since I was a child. The picture is a turtle I pulled out my dog's mouth when I was on a dog walk.
