Robert, I’m not sure if selling in the city is very good as some buyers there are too aggressive! There is one wholesale woman who is so rude! She dig into your baskets freely from bottom to top than keeping the best banana bunches aside to bargain very cheap! She was then sitting not far from you to sell those higher price. Next time please be more prepared to stop those women touching your basket till you arrange your products. 😏

Next time you go to that market I suggest you move out of the gutter and set your display right on the white line like the sellers around you. Your bananas were slightly hidden. Growing mountain banana is another good product for you. I will write about natural fertilizer for the trees the next time you pick bananas. The pigs and chickens will go crazy for any extras.

​Wow I have yet to watch the rest of the video. That was evil! It's so unfair but life will balance everything out at the end. I never thought there are such people so I suggested he should get a small serviceable pickup in the future. If there are such people around then even if he is able to afford a small pickup in the future he should not bring too much produce to the market unless there's a trustworthy person to help him. P/s I watched the whole video. I think Robert was not aware that the old woman took 5 combs without paying. His cameraman should have alerted him. In fact there were a few combs on his right sitting on the grass. Those could have been taken by the old lady too. I think Robert's mistake was not to keep one basket tied up so that those selfish wonen could not brutalise his fruit. Either that or he should just carry the whole bunch to the market and cut out the combs they want so there's no choosing/no damage to the fruit. Once customers know your style they won't complain bcs they know your fruit is really good.

That lady that kept trying to get your bananas very very cheap waited until you turned your back and took two bunches away quickly before she came back to talk about you lowering the prices again. Of all the Vietnamese survivalists I respect Robert the most for the following reasons :- 1) he is so unassuming and quiet. Just read the description he wrote about himself. So laconic. A lot of them wrote nonsensical laughable stuff which they never meant. 2) he works very hard and eats well yet modestly without any wastage 3) best of all Robert has never solicited for any direct donations as if the audience owe him a living. He doesn't have a paypal account to receive money from the audience like the rest of them do. Only fools would give. I don't even watch these survivalists and I think 90% of them solicit for direct donations which I don't like, saying ridiculous stuff like - "If you love me... " Lolz why should I love you when I don't even know you from Peter or Mary? Hah so much taking the audience for fools. The audience like Robert so much that people just send him whatever they think he needs. When he said he bought a second motorbike I thought if I could afford I would help him buy a small serviceable pickup so he could transport more products to the market.
