Just a future thought for you, I use to buy shirts from everywhere I went. But then really never had a good opportunity to wear them. So now I buy lapel pins and make a pen box. However, all of these t-shirts I have taken and cut the front (and backs or/and pockets) and made blankets or wall hangings out of them. It is such a cool keepsake. I try to use a blanket from the time of the shirts or material that reflects the mood for the back. I made one for my son, using his Ninja turtle blanket he had as a kid and put all of his sports uniforms shirts on it. Then a turtle sleeping bag and put all his school function shirts on it. For my daughter, I found a material with music instruments and put all of her band related shirts on it. Loved the video as always.
@SuperEnthused2 жыл бұрын
That’s a really great idea!! So far I’ve been able to wear all the shirts but if it gets to the point where I can’t, pins are a great option too. I’ve also thought about making a quilt or something out of old shirts one day!

I went here years and years ago on a field trip, it is such a cool place to just walk around. I always see this location when driving to Disney, and I can't wait to stop by again and see all the new additions to the place! And I love that this is something fun to do in the indoors, especially with how hot Florida is right now in summer!

I’m super enthused Ripley’s is still open, it has been in Orlando for years. I remember it as a tween. My family went to the one in St. Augustine when I was little, I believe that one is the oldest Ripley’s.

I just ran into your channel in April before we took our trip to Florida to take our granddaughter for her first trip to Magic Kingdom. Omg your videos were so much help and plus places to go in Orlando. I literally planned all my stuff due to the stuff you showed. We were gonna take her to the pepper pig, but we kinda thought even though it looked like a lot of fun she might be a little too old. So I am do glad you do the stuff to do. Oh and I got done watching your Disney cruise trip we are planning that next summer especially since you are so detailed in your videos which I love and makes it so much easier to decide well is that somewhere we would like to go. Love love you lol!! Continue doing your videos they are so helpful..

The original Fiji Mermaid was lost in a huge fire when Mr Barnum had it. yes the very same the circus is named for. He was a collector of many things including the very strange. The fiji mermaids are of taxidermy Fish and a small monkey species from the 19th to early 20th century. you can even see the stitching holding it together sometimes while modern versions are glued but you can still tell. The only creature similar to this fiji mermaid is the Japanese Giant salamander when its dried for preservation. a shrine has one believing it to be a Kappa.

You will NOT catch me giving any money to ripleys. I havent before and wont start. Shame on them for mistreating marilyns dress. They dont give a FK about her. Even giving celebrities locks of her hair likes shes some PRIZE!! Them giving kim marilyns dress and tugging it up here roughly causing gems to come off and the zipper to be very stretched out was so out of order. Not to mention her and petes hands all over it

I agree the off-kilter pool table would be more interesting for me too. Ripley's in Hollywood is much smaller and not sure you would like it as much. The oversized chair you sat in reminded me of Edith Ann from Rowan and Martin's laugh-in. Google if you’ve never seen her with the catchphrase “and that’s the truth-pffffft” (blowing raspberry)
