Nah as the air from the exhaust doesn’t have the correct ‘mix’ of elements. The exhaust fumes is the waste that the car doesn’t need, which is why the car gets rid of it. So the exhaust fumes doesn’t contain stuff the engine needs, like oxygen, so it wouldn’t work
